Terms of Service

In short

These terms explain the rules for using this website and for enquiries made through it, under the law of England and Wales. They are general website terms, not a substitute for the specific written agreement we enter into with clients before any paid advertising work begins — and nothing here is legal or financial advice.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this site.

2. Who we are

dentalads.uk is an independent dental advertising specialist, incorporated and based in India, providing services exclusively to dental practices in the United Kingdom.

Registered business details Add registered company name, Corporate Identification Number (CIN) or applicable business registration number, and registered office address in India.

Contact: info@dentalads.uk or 07767 564 352.

3. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it;
  • use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of this site without our permission;
  • interfere with the normal operation of this site, including via automated bots that place excessive load on it.

We may restrict or block access for anyone who misuses this site.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and the "Bold Liquid Glass" visual identity — belongs to dentalads.uk or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, copy or exploit any part of this site commercially without our written permission.

5. Our services

We provide paid advertising strategy and management services for UK dental practices, covering channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and ChatGPT / AI visibility.

Selected figures are illustrative, not a forecast

Cost-per-lead, ROAS and other figures shown on this site are drawn from selected past campaigns and provided for illustration only. They are not a quote, guarantee, or forecast for any future campaign. Results depend on treatment, location, competition, budget, offer, practice capacity and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of patients, enquiries, or return on advertising spend.

6. Enquiries, strategy calls and audits

Booking a strategy call or requesting an advertising audit through this site does not, by itself, create a contract between us. Any paid engagement begins only once both parties agree and sign a separate service agreement, which sets out the specific scope, fees and terms for that engagement — and which takes precedence over these general website terms for anything it covers.

7. Fees and payment

Fees for paid advertising services are agreed individually with each client before work begins, and are set out in the relevant service agreement rather than on this website. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote.

8. Cancellation rights

If you are a consumer entering into a distance contract with us — rather than a business acting in the course of a trade or profession — you may have rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. As our services are provided to dental practices operating in a business capacity, most engagements fall outside these consumer protections. The applicable cancellation terms for any specific engagement will be set out in the relevant service agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim arising from this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. This section does not affect the separate liability terms set out in any signed service agreement, which governs liability for paid advertising work.

10. Third-party links and services

This site may link to, or embed, third-party services — for example Google, GoHighLevel, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Why England & Wales, even though we're based in India

We deliberately choose the law of the market we serve for these website terms, which is standard and enforceable practice for a business operating across borders — it means the rules our UK clients read here are the ones a UK court would apply. This is a considered choice, not an oversight, but it's worth confirming with a solicitor alongside your actual client service agreements, which may reasonably choose a different governing law depending on how they're structured.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Contact us
